- Chilled Water Systems
- Single Split Systems
- Multi Split Systems
- VRF Systems
- Close Control
Single Split System Air Conditioning
This solution is the most affordable system and is best suited to small industrial units and commercial buildings, shops, cafes, residential properties, etc. The units are housed together on both sides of the building wall (both internally and externally), and they provide both heating and cooling to individual rooms.
One of the biggest benefits of single split system air conditioning is that if one system breaks down the others within the building will remain functional as they are all independent of each other.
These units are inexpensive, effective, energy efficient, and extremely versatile for all kinds of situations. A perfect option for the smaller business, and residential properties.
Multi Split System Air Conditioning
Multi split systems work similarly to the single splits but depending on the model you can connect up to nine indoor units to one outdoor unit. These systems are often used in larger offices and shops, restaurants, doctor’s surgeries, etc.
A benefit of this type of system is that you can have any combination of indoor wall and ceiling mounted air conditioning units. Conversely, multi split systems are more complex and require more pipework on the installation.
VRF & VRV System Air Conditioning
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Variant Refrigerant Volume (VRV) are considered to be the best solutions for medium to large buildings such as hotels, retail outlets, large offices, etc.
A VRF system is capable of meeting all the heating and cooling demands of larger buildings in an extremely efficient, reliable and easy to control manner.
There are two options with a VRF or VRV system:
1. The Heat Pump Option
The heat pump option can supply either heating or cooling within a building at any given time. The heat pump option is great for open plan environments.
2. The Heat Recovery Option
The heat recovery option is capable of providing simultaneous heating and cooling to different areas of a building at the same time. This makes this system ideal for larger buildings with lots of smaller rooms inside.
Close Control
Close Control air conditioning is where temperature, humidity and air cleanliness are closely controlled. These systems are typically used for data centres, medical health establishments, scientific and medical research companies, pharmaceuticals, and machine rooms where temperature, humidity and air cleanliness must be strictly maintained.
